Yorkshire Construction (Cleveland) Limited, based in Thornaby, was formed in 1996 and has worked hard to build up and maintain an excellent reputation carrying out insurance repair work, building house extensions and garages and general house alteration and improvement.

In December 2007 Yorkshire Construction won a contract for a major refurbishment to a Teesside nightclub that had stood empty for a number of years and was due to re-open in February.  That work could not start until February giving Yorkshire Construction just twenty one days to complete the mammoth task.  The Millennium Nightclub opened on time with no complaints from the client or the two thousand under 17’s who were the first to use the Club.  In April Yorkshire Construction was again in the Millennium managing a million pound modernisation programme removing the nineties fittings and equipment, repainting the whole Club and fitting new equipment more in keeping with “the noughtees” .

Yorkshire Construction’s portfolio includes the modernisation and extension to a two hundred year old cottage in Northalleron, modernisation of a one hundred year old cottage in Hartburn Village, numerous extensions and alterations.
